We offer 60-Day FREE Returns - If you qualify for a return, you are not liable for the postage cost of returning products within the United States.

Items marked final sale are not eligible for return or refund. Final Sale items are clearly marked wherever they appear on the site.

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be:

• Purchased within the last 60 days
• Unworn, undamaged, and unmarked
• In their original condition
• Returned in the original packaging or shoe box, which is considered part of the item

Ziera does not accept returns after 60 days from the date of purchase.
