Returns

We understand sometimes a product just isn't right for you, so we've made it as easy as possible to send something back.

We offer 30-Day FREE Returns - If you qualify for a return, you are not liable for the postage cost of returning products within the United States.

To be eligible for a refund the products you are returning must be:

  • Purchased within the last 30 days
  • Unworn, undamaged and unmarked
  • In their original condition 
  • In the original packaging or shoe box (we consider this part of the item)

Ziera does not accept returns after 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note that we are unable to facilitate exchanges. If you wish to change an item for another size, color or style, we recommend you return the original item and make a new purchase.

HOW TO RETURN

US Customers

1.

Enter your Order ID Number (ZR-XXXX) here.

2.

Print the label and stick on the original packaging.

3.

Place all items in the original packaging and drop at your local UPS store.

RECEIVING A REFUND

Once returns are received in our warehouse, our Returns Team will determine whether the product is eligible for a refund. When it is approved, it will be forwarded to the Finance Team for processing. This can take from 1-3 business days.

Please Note: During peak trading times (including but not limited to Christmas and sale) refunds may take slightly longer to process.
